The tasks and work mechanism of the Directorate were basically defined as follows:
Speed and accuracy in preparing and implementing what is required
It is necessary to have an audit stage on every process that is completed before it is approved by the admission director
A final audit is conducted by the Director of Admissions to finalize the transaction from the Directorate
The necessity of working to develop and improve performance in the directorate by following up on previous and current problems and errors, if any, to establish a mechanism to work to avoid their recurrence in accordance with the basic rule of quality: (A problem is an opportunity for improvement.
